Return and Refund Policy

At Kaotyk Elite Nutrition, product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are important to us. Because our nutritional supplements are consumable products, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, personal preference, flavor preference, or results experienced.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrectly labeled, or different from what you ordered, contact us at Kaotyk.Elite.Nutrition@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping package and label
  • The product’s lot number and expiration date, when available

After reviewing your claim, we may approve a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Please keep the product and original packaging until your claim has been resolved. Do not discard or return an item unless instructed to do so.

Approved claims involving damage, defects, or an incorrect item will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer.

Opened Products

For health, safety, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or had their safety seal removed.

Opened products may qualify for a replacement or refund only when they are verified as damaged, defective, contaminated, incorrectly labeled, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Individual results and reactions to nutritional supplements vary. Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, scent, color, mixability, or personal results does not automatically qualify a product for a refund.

Unopened Products and Buyer’s Remorse

Orders are produced and fulfilled specifically for each customer. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Changes of mind
  • Flavor preference
  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity
  • Finding the product elsewhere at a different price
  • Failure to use the product
  • Personal dissatisfaction when the product is not damaged or defective

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered production or fulfillment.

Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. If the order has already entered fulfillment, shipped, or been prepared for shipment, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Kaotyk Elite Nutrition is not required to refund or replace orders that cannot be delivered because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Missing apartment or unit information
  • An incorrect postal code
  • An outdated address
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to pay applicable customs fees or import charges

When possible, we may offer reshipment after the customer provides a corrected address. Additional product and shipping charges may apply.

Lost Packages

If tracking does not show that your package was delivered and you believe it was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier. Approved lost-package claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked Delivered

When tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check all entrances, porches, mail areas, and secure delivery locations.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, front-desk personnel, or property management.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.
  4. Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if the package remains missing.

We will review the circumstances, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail a product back without contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions.

Products sent to the address on the shipping label, the manufacturer, or any other address without authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund. The original shipping address is not necessarily a returns facility.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary depending on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, customs fees, taxes collected by customs authorities, and return-shipping expenses are nonrefundable unless the refund results from an error by Kaotyk Elite Nutrition or its fulfillment provider.

We will notify you after your claim has been reviewed and again when an approved refund or replacement has been processed.

Sale Items, Promotional Items, and Gift Cards

Sale items, promotional items, clearance products, free gifts, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When a free promotional item was included with an order, it may need to be returned or its retail value may be deducted from an approved discretionary refund.

Refused and Unclaimed Shipments

Refusing a delivery or failing to collect a shipment does not constitute an approved cancellation or return. Refunds are not guaranteed for refused, abandoned, destroyed, or unclaimed shipments.

The customer may be responsible for any reshipment, return, customs, storage, or carrier fees associated with the shipment.
