Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Kaotyk Elite Nutrition. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During product launches, promotions, holidays, periods of high demand, inventory shortages, or label-verification reviews, additional processing time may be required.

Orders containing unusually large quantities may also require additional preparation time.

Estimated United States Delivery

After fulfillment is complete, estimated shipping times within the eligible United States are:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days

Express shipping speeds up carrier transit after the order has been prepared. It does not eliminate normal order-processing time.

All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Shipping Availability

Kaotyk Elite Nutrition currently ships to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States and selected international destinations.

Shipping availability is determined by the products in your order and the destination entered during checkout. Some products may not be available for delivery to certain states, territories, countries, military addresses, post-office boxes, or restricted locations.

At this time, orders fulfilled through our primary supplement fulfillment provider cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Available destinations may change without notice.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on factors including:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight
  • Products ordered
  • Selected shipping method
  • Promotional shipping offers

Any free-shipping offer applies only when the order satisfies the requirements stated in the promotion. Free-shipping promotions may be limited to certain destinations, products, order values, or shipping methods.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, customers will receive an order-confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

Once the order has been shipped, a shipping-confirmation email containing available tracking information will be sent.

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created. A tracking number does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already scanned or transported the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring tracking updates.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully verify:

  • Recipient name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number
  • City and state
  • Postal code
  • Country
  • Telephone number, when required

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been accepted for fulfillment. Once preparation or shipment has begun, the order may no longer be editable or cancelable.

Kaotyk Elite Nutrition is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address submitted by the customer.

If an order must be reshipped because of an address error, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional product and shipping charges.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delays may occur because of:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Holidays
  • High order volume
  • Inventory shortages
  • Customs inspections
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Events outside our reasonable control

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe originally provided, we will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include accepting the revised timeframe or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Federal rules require online retailers to have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times and to provide a delay notice and cancellation option when an order cannot ship within the promised period. If no shipping period is stated, the general federal default is 30 days.  

Lost Packages

If tracking does not show delivery and your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at KaotykEliteNutrition@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking number
  • A description of the issue

We will review the tracking information and may open an investigation with the shipping carrier or fulfillment provider.

Depending on the investigation results, an eligible lost order may qualify for a replacement or refund. Claims submitted outside the stated reporting period may not qualify.

Packages Marked Delivered

When tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first:

  1. Check entrances, porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, garages, and secure delivery areas.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, front-desk personnel, or property management.
  3. Allow one additional business day, as some carrier scans may appear before final delivery.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier and request delivery details.
  5. Contact us if the package remains missing.

We will review confirmed-delivery claims individually. A replacement or refund is not guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address entered during checkout.

Kaotyk Elite Nutrition is not responsible for packages stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the carrier investigation.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or incorrect, contact KaotykEliteNutrition@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The affected product
  • The shipping container
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage
  • The lot number and expiration date, when available

Keep the item and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Do not return or discard the product unless instructed to do so.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different delivery dates.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, additional tracking numbers may be provided. A partially delivered order does not necessarily mean that products are missing.

International Shipping

Kaotyk Elite Nutrition may ship eligible products to selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may legally be imported, possessed, and used in their destination country.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage charges
  • Handling fees
  • Local government assessments
  • Additional documentation requirements

These charges are determined by the destination country and are normally the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless specifically stated during checkout.

International shipments currently leave the United States under Delivery Duties Unpaid terms, meaning the recipient may be required to pay applicable duties or import fees before receiving the package.  

Customs inspections may delay delivery beyond the original estimate. Kaotyk Elite Nutrition does not control customs-processing times.

International Restrictions and Customs Refusals

Nutritional supplements and ingredients may be regulated differently in different countries.

Customers are responsible for reviewing local import laws and ingredient restrictions before ordering. Kaotyk Elite Nutrition cannot guarantee that customs authorities will approve entry of every product.

Orders that are refused, seized, abandoned, returned, or destroyed because of:

  • Import restrictions
  • Prohibited ingredients
  • Missing customer documentation
  • Unpaid duties or taxes
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect the shipment

may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, and government charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not constitute an approved cancellation or return.

Customers may be responsible for any:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Carrier handling charges
  • Storage fees
  • Customs charges
  • Reshipment costs
  • Replacement product costs

Refunds are not guaranteed for refused, abandoned, destroyed, or unclaimed shipments.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter fulfillment shortly after they are placed.

Contact KaotykEliteNutrition@gmail.com immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will attempt to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been accepted, prepared, labeled, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be changed or canceled.
